Another promotional email I wrote. I also wrote catalogs (yes, like Elaine), but this was more fun.

At that time, retail/ecommerce e-newsletters had an average open rate of 17% and CTR (click-through rate) of 3%. My first year, mine had an average open rate of 31% and an average CTR of 11%.
